Hi. My name is Crystal, born and raised in beautiful Vancouver where I now live with my wonderful husband and our funny bulldog, Bruce. I love to explore new places and try new things (which there is no shortage of in this city). Fall is my favorite season because it means beautiful colors, baking, warm sweaters, family get-togethers and I can put my pajamas on before dinner time if I want to. I feel at home outdoors, rain or shine and one of my favorite things to do is go for long hikes on paths less traveled.
I have an incurable passion and hopeless love for photography and I work to capture genuine moments that tell your story with no words. It is that story that is the heartbeat of my photographs. I am moved by pictures that evoke a feeling in me, and take me back to a place and time moreso than a picture that has the technical goods. Romance, emotion, color and light are my favorite props but most of all it is that special something in YOU that inspires me. My goal is to make sure that you feel comfortable in front of my camera—unrehearsed and amazing. I want you to be your wonderful self.
